Privacy notice

PW Concrete Services Privacy Policy

Effective: January 1, 2024

Your Online Privacy. Your privacy is important to us! Outlined below is a complete list of our online privacy policies, including explanations as to what information is collected, how that information may be used, and the choices you have regarding such collections and uses.

Application. By using this site, you consent and agree to the practices described in this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy from time to time, and visitors are encouraged to review this policy regularly. This policy will always be easy to find, with privacy links prominently displayed at the bottom of every page.

Identifying Information Collected. At various places on the site you may send us email correspondence, share details about your work site, or subscribe to our newsletter. You may also interact with our Facebook page or our online order forms (provided by nopCommerce) which will provide back to us a limited amount of information about the users of such areas.

Non-Identifying Information. We also have access to reports which give us aggregate (non-identifying) insights into how the site is being used, and we employ non-identifying session cookies to improve the site functionality (such as the “recently viewed products” feature).

Information Uses and Choices. We use the information we receive to provide our services, process billing, advertise to you our offerings, host events, answer questions, personalize responses, manage the newsletter subscriptions, and otherwise engage in our regular business activities. We may also share your information in a limited way with outside parties according to the limits below:

  • Where sharing is essential to your request, can be clearly inferred from the nature of your request, and where a failure to share would in fact defeat your request – but even then only to the extent necessary to complete that request. Examples of this may include a job reference contacted to confirm a reference, or a bank contacted to confirm a line of credit. In all cases such sharing will be clear from the nature of the transaction requested or made clear through prominent notice.
  • In all other cases, any information we receive through the site will only be shared, if at all, with your express consent to that sharing (an “opt-in” to that sharing), which you may later change at any time by notifying us via the contact information listed below.
  • With specific regards the newsletter or email marketing, such will only be provided with your opt-in permission, and you may later unsubscribe at any time by clicking here or by following the un-subscription directions appearing at the bottom of every message.

Outside Areas. This site will sometimes contain links to other areas operating under their own privacy policies, including the link we maintain to our Facebook page, other websites, or our ecommerce solution (nopCommerce). Such outside areas will always be clearly labeled or differently branded.

Intention. No part of the site is designed to serve or attract site visitors outside the United States. Also in accordance with 16 C.F.R. Part 312, no information about children is knowingly collected or maintained, nor is any part of the site designed to serve or attract children.

Information Security. Electronic, physical, and managerial procedures have been put in place to safeguard the information we receive. Highly sensitive data, if provided, is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Access to information is limited to authorized individuals. Staff training has been provided, and information is not maintained any longer than necessary.

Access and Review. To review, correct, or delete any of your own information, please contact us using our online contact form. Note that we will also ask a collection of verifying questions to clearly establish your identity before granting access or making changes to information.

Policy Limits. Where the handling of information is contemplated in a written confidentiality agreement between yourself (which shall include any company or organization you are affiliated with) and PW Concrete Services, such agreements shall control in the instance of any conflict with this policy. This policy is otherwise only limited where necessary to protect the security and integrity of the site, establish legal claims, assert legal defenses, respond to valid legal inquiry, or protect the safety and security of others. Any privacy dispute, as a condition of using the site, shall be brought exclusively under the laws and jurisdiction of the United States.

Privacy Questions. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, or need assistance exercising any of the information choices described in this policy, please contact our designated privacy officer:
